Cloth figures were sold in a Miami botanica. The dolls stuffed with cloth rags would have other ingredients put inside. A picture of a person would be attached to the face. Possibly for love, or healing, or no good. The staining is from storage in a damp drawer. late 20th c. ht. 6 – 9.5 inches.
